Angel Eaglin

Director of Worship Arts

Angel Eaglin has sung on chart-topping hit records, worked with Grammy and Dove award-winning artists, and written, directed and performed in celebrated theatrical productions. Her journey has taken her around the world and has led her to develop a deep appreciation for the power of creative expression to impact people at all stages of life.

As a singer, songwriter, director and educator, Angel has built a career rich in diverse experiences. Reared in a family full of gifted musicians and singers, Angel was exposed to a variety of musical genres that became the bedrock of her musical foundation. While still in high school, Angel captured the attention of a world-renowned artist and immediately began touring and performing on stages across the globe. She has appeared on national television on MTV, VH1, BET and Trinity Broadcasting Network.

A native to the Bay Area, Angel left California in 1999 to attend college in Chicago. She eventually earned a Master’s of Education in the Art of Teaching, taught English in the Chicago Public Schools and served as an adjunct professor. In 2009, she returned home to the Bay Area with a desire to launch full time into music and entertainment.

Angel began performing with regional and national theatre companies such as the San Francisco Playhouse, TheatreWorks, California Shakespeare Theatre Company, and Berkeley Repertory. Her performances earned a best actress nomination by Broadway World San Francisco. She later elevated her theater offerings by serving as musical director of the African American Shakespeare Company’s “Cinderella,” where she wrote, produced and licensed original music featured in the production.

Ministry has always been intricately woven into the heart of Angel’s purpose—a starting point that Angel has organically applied to lead worship and create and direct numerous worship and dramatic musical productions in churches throughout the Bay Area. Angel is thrilled to develop a sound that crosses cultural and musical boundaries—one that will reach hearts and lead people into a personal and powerful encounter with Jesus.

Angel is married to her husband and creative partner, Johnathan, and is the proud mother of two boys, Johnathan II and Preston Royce.
