Skip Vaccarello was born in the Boston area and moved to the Bay Area in 1979. He and his wife, Jackie, have been married since 1978. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. Skip became a follower of Christ in 1986. He has served as an elder in a Presbyterian Church for nine years and has chaired the Silicon Valley Prayer Breakfast for the past 11 years. His passion is to help people know Jesus.
Skip has over 35 years of experience in leadership positions for Silicon Valley technology companies. He is also an author. His book Finding God in Silicon Valley: Spiritual Journeys in a High-Tech World was released in October 2015. In addition to writing, Skip is a public speaker and provides executive mentoring and business consulting services. He serves on various boards, including on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army – Silicon Valley. He earned an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Boston University.
