"Can We Talk?" is a new ministry centered on creating safe, compassionate spaces for people navigating trauma and grief. This ministry invites us to listen deeply, learn from one another's stories, and love with empathy and kindness.

Sharing your story is a powerful step toward healing—but it is only part of the process. Listening is the other, equally important part—healing in and of itself. When people gather in community around one another's stories, something sacred happens: a connection forms, and healing becomes mutual. What begins in the room has the potential to ripple far beyond it.

We believe healing begins when people are seen, heard, and held with care. This information and training gathering is designed for those who feel called to walk alongside others in their pain—not to fix, but to be present. Together, we'll explore how to cultivate environments where honesty is welcomed, silence is honored, and every story matters.

During this training, you'll: Learn the heart, vision, and flow of a "Can We Talk?" gathering- Be equipped to serve in meaningful, supportive roles- Experience the posture of listening, empathy, and gentle presence- Discover how your unique gifts can contribute to healing spaces.

Team Roles & Opportunities to Serve

Each gathering is supported by a team that embodies care, attentiveness, and compassion:
