It’s a Christ-centered journey of spiritual growth, support, and empowerment where women walk alongside one another in faith through mentoring relationships.

To make disciples of all women by intentionally guiding one another toward maturity in Christ, in alignment with Matthew 28:19-20.

• Multiplication–to live out God’s call to disciple others

• A growing follower of Christ
• A good listener and encourager
• Willing to share life experiences
• Approachable, honest, and open to any topic
• Guided by God’s agenda, not her own

Someone who is:

• Eager to grow in faith
• Willing to be vulnerable and learn
• Open to stepping outside her comfort zone
• Desiring to apply Scripture to daily life

• Monthly Meetings: One-on-one mentor-mentee meetings (in person or virtual) over the course of one year.
• Application Required: To match based on life stage and interests‍
• Ongoing Learning Sessions: Zoom workshops and Bible studies for group learning.

Yes. All mentors are required to attend a session to learn about the program's goals, structure, expectations, and to connect with others.
