Kids Ministry: 6 mos. - Grade 5
Students Ministry: Grades 6 - 12
This person is responsible for collaborating with the Pastor of Student Ministry and Campus Point Leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute special events, including Christmas and Easter parties, as well as student outings. This includes decorations, food, and shopping.
ONLINE/AT HOME (serves a minimum of once per week/as needed)

Prayer: This volunteer is responsible for joining the Thursday evening Zoom call (6:00-7:00pm) and praying for the students, parents, volunteers, and Student Ministry leadership.
Care: This volunteer is responsible for sending birthday and/or encouragement cards to our students and families. Both cards and postage will be provided.
ONLINE/AT HOME (serves a minimum of once per week/as needed)

This volunteer is responsible for checking in leaders and students into our database system (Community Church Builder, also known as CCB) and ensuring that our rosters are up to date. They are trained to navigate CCB, including entering new student/parent information and updating event attendance.
In-Person (serves a minimum of twice per month)
Sundays
This volunteer is responsible for leading the Sunday team, communicating, and executing the Sunday plan. This person manages the time and teaches/facilitates the Sunday lesson/message. They communicate the upcoming lesson with Small Group Leaders so they can be prepared to facilitate discussion.

This volunteer is responsible for the overall vision and management of the campus team as communicated by the Pastor of Student Ministry. They coordinate volunteers throughout the week and provide pastoral care as needed. They attend monthly campus staff meetings.

This volunteer is responsible for facilitating group conversation with middle/high schoolers based on the lesson. They listen and ensure everyone is heard. They engage with their small group throughout the week via WhatsApp.

Reach families through social media platforms, develop content, and promote engagements.
Online Role
Non-Sundays, flexible hours
Send out birthday cards, new family welcome gifts, volunteer appreciation gifts.

Help with preparing craft materials according to the planned activities.
In-Person Role
San Jose campus, Wednesdays, 10 AM – 12 Noon
Use the curriculum contents to customize leader guides and plan activities and crafts for each age group.

Serve kids in the room along with adult leaders or serve kids and families at the check-in stations. Middle or high school students.
