No one likes being told that they can’t do something, so don’t say that to yourself. Tap into your faith, it can be your superpower. When I get overwhelmed with the everyday challenges of life, I draw on my faith to sustain me.
Like almost everyone I know, I definitely have a busy life with a lot going on. Many people have asked me in one way or another, “How do I do it?”  I depend on my spiritual beliefs to help me and think that the best answer to that question is in scripture: Philippians and Ephesians.
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20-21 NIV
“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
Philippians 4:13 NIV
Basically that’s what I repeat to myself, “through Christ I can do all things.” Because of my faith anything is possible, as long as I feel that what I’m doing is in alignment. I want to be an example of what a divine relationship can do for one another. I want to model that you can do what you set your mind to with spiritual help. More than anything, I just want people to feel that they have hope.
Lean into your faith. It can provide the answers you need.
Maybe you are feeling unproductive or maybe, with everything going on, you feel like there’s no more capacity, or you have so many things going on you feel like you are losing your stability. Whatever it is, start with your belief, or rather what you want to believe and build your faith from there.
