We’re thrilled you’re considering a serving position with our First Impressions Team. Please review the descriptions, select the area of service that interests you, and then submit the form below. We can’t wait to serve with you!
Greeter
Greeters welcome guests as they enter the building, helping them get acquainted with our campus (locating the restrooms, Kids and Students check-in areas, and the Sanctuary). Greeters identify first-time guests and introduce them to others as they head into the Sanctuary.
In-Person Role
Sundays, 11 AM Worship Gathering
Host
Hosts welcome and assist our guests entering the sanctuary to find a seat.

Hospitality
Hospitality creates an environment that is welcoming and inviting. It is not about “entertaining,” but we want each person to feel welcomed, seen, and loved by our warmth, coffee, and little treats as they leave!

Parking
The first impression any in-person guest has at NBCC begins as they arrive on campus. Guests are greeted in the parking lot, directed to available parking, and guided in the right direction toward the entrance to the church.
