Don't Be Seduced
This message offers a special message of hope to those who may be feeling overwhelmed by recent events in our world. Although it sometimes feels like it would be easy in an upside down world to quit striving, dreaming and living, God says “Don’t Quit!”
Pastor Hurmon reminds us that God sees us and loves us even in our darkest moments and is with us in them. God calls us not only into community with Him but also into honest community with each other in order to survive the hard moments. God calls us to acknowledge when we are not “okay,” to remember that there is a world outside of our personal feelings, to be aware of and responsive to the needs of others and the will and sovereigty of God, and to maintain and act upon Faith.
