Lord, Make Me More Weighty

In this second message in the “Dangerous Prayers” series, Pastor Hurmon explains that “honorable” within Jabez’s prayer has three parts to the definition: heaviness, weightiness, and glory. This message focuses on weightiness. Weightiness is specifically focused on purpose and Godly impact on Earth. The way we see that weightiness in action requires the combination of proper perspective, place, and purpose. It means that our time devoted to God cannot be relegated only to our time devoted to church. Instead, we must expand our sense of worship to our daily lives and tie all facets of our lives to living within God’s purpose at all times.
