When the Word Comes Alive!

In the first message of the ‘Rooted’ series, we are reminded that we must become rooted in the living Jesus Christ. We feel like our lives have been battered and hit but one storm after another, turning our lives upside down. We search for stability in what feels like an unstable world and we can find that in Jesus. As we follow Jesus, God calls us to sink our roots deep — through the practices, people, and pivotal moments God works through to grow our faith and overflow our lives with His grace.

This week we focus on practical teaching as a way to activate our faith. Faith is more than hearing—it's active engagement with God’s Word. Faith comes alive when we apply the Word practically to everyday decisions and actions. One way we can be practical is by coming to church next week.
